DreamCarXchange is thrilled to present this 1986 Porsche 911 Turbo. This 930 is finished in the classic Black exterior and Black leather interior. It currently has 83,312 miles on the odometer. It is a two-owner car, as the current owner bought it from the original owner back in 1989. It is a late build (as it was number 1357 out of 1424 turbos produced for the US for the 1986 model year) and features factory sport seats. This example was recently serviced and has a clean New Jersey title.
The interior of this turbo features black sport seats and the original Monterey cassette radio.
According to the seller, this 911 Turbo spent November – March every year stored for the winter season, and garaged when not driven during the driving season. It currently has 81,312 miles.
Like all 911’s of this era, it is equipped with a 3.3 liter turbocharged boxer engine that was rated by the factory with 282 HP @ 5,500 RPM and 289 ft-lb of torque at 4,400 RPM.
This 930 is said by the seller to be completely stock and was equipped from the factory with the following features:
M158 Radio: Monterey, M220 Locking Differential (40 Percent), M383 Sport Seat Left, M387 Sport Seat Right, M533 Alarm System, M650 Power Sunroof
Powertech in Rockaway, NJ completed a service of the car in July 2019 that included a new battery, new alternator, brake fluid flush, new exhaust gaskets/intercooler O-rings, oil & filter change, and new fan and A/C belts. In addition, the fuel mixture was adjusted. They noted that the tires are old (2003 rear, no date codes on fronts) and have not been replaced to date. The seller also notes that the A/C refrigerant needs to be recharged every one to two years. The original window sticker and manuals were misplaced by the seller during a recent move, but are currently being searched for.
The CARFAX can be downloaded from the Key Specifications table above. You will note an accident listed in April 2004. The seller states that the car was backed into by another car and had very slight damage to the driver’s quarter panel.
Make sure you see the additional pictures found in the “Pictures” tab above. Here’s your chance to get a stock example of the iconic Porsche 930. Good luck bidding!
