DreamCarXchange is thrilled to offer this 2007 911 GT3. This completely stock (other than clear side markers) 997.1 GT3 is finished in Carrera White with Black Leather/Alcantara interior. This example was originally sold by Porsche of Omaha in December 2006 and was serviced there until it came to New Jersey in February of 2014 when it had 9k miles on it. It has clean Carfax and DME scan showing zero overrevs across all six ranges and has a clear New Jersey title.
The selling dealer first acquired the car from the original owner in 2014 and now has it back in their inventory from the latest local owner. They state that it is a very clean, no stories example with no previous paint work.
2007 was the first year of the 997-based GT3 and came from the factory with a 3.6 liter Mezger engine that produced 415 HP and 300 lb-ft of torque, that revs up to a glorious 8,400 rpm redline. For those not familiar with the Mezger engines, the engines that were in the GT and Turbo models of the time were designed by Hans Megzer. The Megzer engines do not have IMS bearings, so there are no IMS concerns on these models.
This 997.1 GT3 currently sits at 17,715 miles.
It was optioned from the factory with Ceramic Composite Brakes-PCCB (option cost of $8,840 when new!), Black Leather Seats, Wheel Caps with Colored Crest, Fire Extinguisher, Seat Belts – Speed Yellow and the Bi-Xenon Headlamp Package.
The seller had the DME scanned on 6/3/19, showing zero over-revs in all six ranges.
It has been serviced by Porsche Dealerships and specialist shops throughout it’s life. Below is a summary of its service history from the invoices and Carfax:
September 2016 at 14,222 miles: Vehicle serviced
July 2015 at 13,186 miles: Fuel filter replaced
